Unit injectors

We repair and regenerate unit injectors (including EUI and PLD) for passenger cars, trucks, and buses from Bosch and Delphi. The repair process may involve: replacing the repair kit, replacing the metering shaft, and replacing the injector nozzle.

We check seals, dose regulation, and perform a control protocol from the examination. We calibrate and test unit injectors on certified Bosch EPS815, Hartridge AVM2-PC devices to comply with Euro4 and Euro5 standards.
