Common Rail Injection Pumps

We repair Common Rail injection pumps from Bosch, Delphi, Denso, and Siemens VDO. The repair process includes verification, parts selection, mechanical repair, testing, and protocol documentation. Verification is conducted by a precision mechanic who meticulously assesses the wear of components. Suitable parts are then selected and mechanical repairs are carried out.

After repairing the pump, we test it on the Bosch EPS815 test bench and print a protocol. In early 2014, as the second company in Poland, we purchased the Hartridge CRi-PC test bench to test the latest generation Delphi DFP3 and DFP6 injection pumps. These pumps are installed in Mercedes, Peugeot, Kia, and Volvo vehicles. The Hartridge CRi-PC can test the pump and run it at the engine's speed (up to 6000 revolutions per minute).
